It started as a business and turned into friendship. I met Caroline (founder of CopeActive) a few months ago through mutual friends and we immediately bonded over health and fitness and now we regularly meet for a healthy dish around London. Not only she is a beautiful person inside out, a business woman, he is down to earth and her work at Cope Active is all about empowering women and making them feel unique and special in their workout clothes. Honestly, let’s face it, we ain’t got many options out there appart from the mainstream ones, Caroline managed to fill that gap and came up with a fantastic edit on her e-shop.
I never thought I could look stylish in my workout clothes but I have to admit that Cope Active changed my perception about that and they successfully managed to make me more conscious of that. I didn’t use to care, even though I workout almost every day, but now… I wake up and the morning and pick out my gym outfits with great attention and they transition beautifully from the studio to the streets.
In addition to that, Caroline made me discover Bodyism in Notting Hill, founded by James Duigan (Clean & Lean books), which is all about wellbeing and being healthy without overdoing it. So one morning, Caroline and I met up in Notting Hill and kicked off our day at the Clean and Lean Café and chat about our week over a super yummy Acai bowl, a super-green smoothie and Paleo banana toast.
For the occasion, I’m wearing a Cope Active’s Coconut, Kale and Caviar tank with the Contrast Moto legging by Blue Life Fit and Caroline wears the Ultracor Ultrasilk Camo leggings and matching Ultrasilk Camo vest. Love it!
Time for a little sweat! Our Bodyism trainer George Veness prepared a fun duo-class for us where we learned the right technique.
