I hold this Piaget project very dear to my heart as I had the opportunity to shoot with my beloved sister Yasaman for the first time and of course to wear some of the most exquisite pieces of jewelry provided by the prestigious Piaget house.
I’ve built a strong relationship with the Piaget team over the last two years as we worked on several and various projects together, from the Rose day collaboration with Skin Feelings, to the making of a short clip video last spring, which all made me fall in love with the beauty of the jewels but most importantly with the brand’s ethos and values. In this industry, we all know how everything is all about the glitz and the glam, but my experience with Piaget evoked human values above all and that was the best part of this project.
When my team and I started brainstorming ideas for this Holiday project that revolves around the Possession collection, I immediately knew that I wanted it to include with my sister. What is the holiday season if it isn’t spent with family? I often mention how important it is for me to stay true to my values and how hard it is to do so in this industry, but I came to realize that you most certainly can. I wanted this project to speak from the heart and portray the importance of family ties. Ladies, if you have the chance of having a sister, cherish that bond because siblings are the greatest gift your parents gave you. In spite of our 10 year gap, Yasaman and I share the same interests, she really is my other half and we complete each other in so many ways even though we might not agree on everything and we can get a little catty sometimes. But at the end of the day I’m so grateful to have her.
On Monday, the photoshoot took place in the gorgeous Papyrus Suite at La Reserve (aka my favorite Hotel in Geneva) where we spent the day and had lots of fun shooting together with Jeremy. It was actually the first time that Yasaman & I were being shot together, which made this experience even more unforgettable. You all know how pictures speak louder than words, so here’s the story of a day spent at La Reserve in company of some beautiful Piaget jewels from the Possession collection, some serious pampering and laughter. Yasaman and I each handpicked the jewelry we were going to wear ourselves and we loved how they all mixed and matched. From 16 years old to 26 and beyond, Piaget really does have that timeless feeling that we all love and look for in a piece of jewelry, without mentioning the great symbolism behind each piece that can be passed on to the next generations.
Piaget, Yasaman & I wish you a Happy Holiday season!

Special thanks to the team at La Reserve for our magical stay…
Last night, we threw a little private cocktail party at the Piaget store to celebrate Christmas (a little early) and we had lots of fun showcasing the beautiful pieces from the Piaget Possession collection. Take a look at my Snapchat & Instagram to see more about the party.
